In this fully remote position, you will act as a clinical “teacher” for Large Language Models (LLMs). Instead of reviewing existing data, you will generate original, gold-standard content from scratch. You will write complex patient vignettes, model answers, and step-by-step diagnostic reasoning to train AI on the nuances of dental care. We match you with tech companies looking for elite clinical writers to close the knowledge gaps in their models.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft Gold-Standard Prompts: Create highly detailed, clinically accurate patient case studies, Q&A sets, and diagnostic scenarios.
- Model Clinical Reasoning: Write out “Chain of Thought” responses that demonstrate the exact, step-by-step logic a dentist uses to arrive at a diagnosis or treatment plan.
- Close Knowledge Gaps: Collaborate directly with AI product teams to write specific content that corrects known blind spots in the model’s dental knowledge.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Dentist: GDC-registered with a broad understanding of general dentistry, diagnostics, and treatment modalities.
- Exceptional Clinical Writer: You must be able to articulate complex clinical logic beautifully in writing, making it digestible for machine learning processes.
- Educator’s Mindset: A background in dental education, writing CPD courses, publishing, or mentoring foundation dentists is highly desirable.
- Creative & Flexible: Ready to commit a few hours a month to draft, review, and refine bespoke clinical scenarios.
